We do buy from small based family businesses as much as we can, and trade honorably with many manufacturers and suppliers. We reckon 30% of our stocks are fair-traded. We will soon be able to display wich products are fair-traded.

75 % of our stock is coming from Asia. The rest ismanufactured in Austria, Germany, Spain. We do design and stock about 300 new products every season. We have a team of designers at Joe Cool, and they are absolutely spot on when it comes to Fashion. A lot of our designs are succesful and originall, and are selling for years after their creation. We do want to stay different from all you can see anywhere else, and sell to anyone.

Joe Cool despatches ASAP anything that is in stock. On every product details page, you can see the stock availability. If the item is in stock, in the quantity you ordered, then we will dispatch it in the next 7-10 open days. If you do specify an order date in special instructions, then we will process it for you to receive it that date.
